On a quiet Wednesday evening at her home northeast of Denver, Miss Anna Guyer married Mr. Wilbur S. Downey of Wabash Indiana. Rev. E Anderson of Van Buren Indiana performed the ceremony. A wedding cup was served and guests included Ora Downey Zora Hathaway Frank, AB Guyer Fern Zora Guyer Peru, Ida Appe Chili. The couple plan Wabash as their future home and were wished hearty congratulations by The Tribune and many friends.

Ed Pontius learned Tuesday of the death of his father Jonathan Pontius aged about eighty at the home of his daughter Mrs Cynthia Catman in Knox Indiana. He had been ill only a few days and relief from suffering came with his passing. Funeral arrangements will be made after arrival in Knox.
