W A Phillips transacted business in Peru on Friday. Ross McHenry and family and Walter McHenry and family visited Chili over Sunday with their mother Mrs Ancel McHenry. Ross McHenry family left for St Paul Minn to winter with Mrs McHenry’s father Will Robbins. Kenneth Piper George Rhineberger and the Misses Lois Kline and Mary Alderfer drove to Peru Friday eve to attend the Gentry Bros dog and pony show.

Progressives Hold Mexico Convention Select Delegates

Members of the Progressive Party met in Mexico Monday evening to choose delegates for the state convention. D A Working of Mexico was chosen as their delegate and William Grimes won the precinct committeeman post. Denver attendees included C O Deck William Grimes C C Pyle and Joseph Warren.
