In Memoriam Audrey Cox One Year Later
In loving memory of our dear daughter and granddaughter Audrey Elnora Cox killed September 17, 1937. Softly at night the stars gleaming upon a tiny grave where sleeping without dreaming is the one we loved but could not save. One long sad year has passed since our great sorrow fell. The shock we received that day we still remember well. No stain was on her little heart sin had not entered there. She was too pure for this cruel earth too bright and sweet to stay. And so Gods holy angel bore our dear little girl away. Deeply missed by her Mother and Daddy and Grandmother and Grandfather Smith.
