Proclamation directs publication of Maryland constitutional amendments
Governor Theodore R. McKeldin orders publication of bills proposing amendments to the Maryland Constitution. The proclamation lists Chapters 55 315 480 607 754 from 1953 and Chapters 42 53 65 68 from 1954 proposing amendments, to be presented at the November 2 1954 general election, with voting instructions and publication requirements in two counties newspapers and three Baltimore city papers.
