Executors of the will of D Warner Hignutt offer two parcels in the Eighth District at the Denton court house door. Parcel 1 covers 131 acres with a two story 10 room house, barn, eight poultry houses and other outbuildings, plus a graveyard exception. Parcel 2 includes 6 67 100 acres with a two story dwelling, barn and stable. Wheat and pea crops reserved. Sale to be by parcels then whole for best bid, cash day of sale.

Notice from the Orphans Court of Caroline County Maryland that the subscriber has letters of administration on the personal estate of the deceased. All persons with claims must exhibit them with vouchers authenticated by December 3, 1928, or be excluded from estate benefits. Given May 15, 1928.
