A trustee will sell at the courthouse door in Denton Maryland the real estate secured by a deed of trust from Wallace C Wilson of Ridgely dated February 4 1908 under authority of the creditors. The sale proceeds to satisfy the debt and is conducted under a power of sale.
A public sale on Tuesday March 10 1908 offers three adjoining Ridgely parcels on Second Avenue West and First Street. Lot 1 42 ft by 180 ft with barn stable shed and attached warehouse. Lot 2 58 by 67 ft with a large two story building hosting The Caroline Sun and a carriage shop. Lot 3 113 by 58 ft with skating rink and connected hardware carriage and paint shop space. Possession varies with terms. whole property may be offered for best money.
One third of the purchase money is due on sale day, another third in six months, and the final third in twelve months with interest on deferred payments secured to the undersigned, or full cash at purchaser option.
