Supervisors of Election must provide alphabetic voter lists, with costs capped at 100 and 20 dollars for lists and corrections respectively, funded by County Commissioners. Three judges and two clerks per precinct will be appointed. return judges receive nine dollars, others three dollars. Regular ballot boxes will be used and returned to clerks after each primary. Parties handle other arrangements and expenses. Voting methods align closely with the Crawford County system, though not mandatory for all parties. All primaries must follow the act’s provisions.
