Miracle House To Open For Sixth Season At Claiborne
The Miracle HouseTuberculosis preventorium in Claiborne Maryland will open its twentieth season on June 27 announced by the Maryland Tuberculosis Association. The facility serves 140 Maryland children ages six to twelve most from Baltimore City and surrounding counties. Each child stays the full nine weeks to gain weight with rest diet fresh air and sunshine and many children have added ten to twenty four pounds. Since 1919 more than 2500 free patients have been treated.
