Maryland Conference Returns Denton Pastor and Adjourns
The Maryland Annual Conference of the Methodist Protestant Church adjourned Monday night with few pastor assignments changed. Rev. T. J. Turkington remains in Denton. Rev. W. T. Archer goes to Caroline. Rev. G. E. Leister to Federalsburg. Several ministers were reappointed or supplied, and a summer school on religious education was proposed at Western Maryland College. The next conference will be held at Westminster, Md. under Dr. A. Norman Ward.
