By order of the Orphans Court of Caroline County a trustee sells at public auction on June 26, 1926, front of J L Carey's store in Preston between 2 and 3 PM the Huntingdon lot in Hunting Creek Neck. The parcel, conveyed to Ennalls J Hubbard in 1870, lies along the Preston Medford's Wharf road and includes improvements described as a dwelling.
