Assignee of a mortgage from Martha J Noble and J Twiford Williams will sell at public auction in front of Denton Court House by 2 to 4 pm the tract of land in Caroline County Maryland described by old survey, containing about thirty acres with timber and cultivated land, near Bethlehem with house barn silo and outbuildings.
