First parcel: land assessed to Sarah E Bradley and husband John W Bradley on Preston to Pederalsburg road, with earlier deeds from Sarah Ann Hurley and a 1888 transfer, minus a portion in a 1888 deed to William C Bradley. Second parcel: heirs of Delia Covey, land along the Friendship to Hubbard's Cross Roads road, beginning at the Russom land corner, with a 210 foot by 210 foot tract described.
