A Frofictable Investment Proposed to the Editors
A letter to the Journal urges the Fourth district to approve three miles of concrete road at 4000 per mile. The writer argues the roadway requires little maintenance and that auto license income of 500 dollars per mile would yield about 124 percent annually on the county’s investment. The piece asks County Commissioners to accept the offer promptly.
