In Circuit Court for Caroline County a bill in chancery seeks to remove a cloud on the title created by mortgages held by P N Thompson on property described as nine and one half acres in the Sixth Election District. Isaac T Fleetwood died intestate in 1932 leaving heirs Robert Fleetwood Mary Fleetwood Lynch and Elsie Louise Fleetwood all residents of Caroline County. The suit asks the court to appoint a trustee to execute releases and for further relief.
