Live Wire Not Fatal A Narrow Street Save
A reporter and a local man recount a near tragedy with a live wire blocking a horse drawn carriage route. The horse veered toward danger, a gate near a drawbridge opened, and the rider believed all would fall into the river until the horse collapsed after touching a live wire.
