On Tuesday February 1 1910 at 2 PM timber on about 50 acres in the Third Election District Caroline County known as the Brubaker Farm will be offered. Timber measured eight inches at stump six inches from ground and all wood under eight inches will be sold. Purchasers get until January 1 1911 to remove timber with road access from Garey Mill Lane. Parcels offered separately then as a whole to fetch best price. Located about 11/2 miles from Denton with access near the Denton Greensboro road.
