Caroline county Maryland Orphans Court grants letters of administration for the personal estate of Charles Thomas. Creditors must exhibit claims with vouchers by August 28, 1931 or be barred from benefit. Debtors must make prompt settlement. Dated February 8, 1931. J. Virg il Moore, Administrator.
An Orphans Court appointment in Caroline County Maryland grants letters of administration on the personal estate of THOMAS J RICHARDSON. All persons having claims against the deceased must exhibit them to the subscribers with vouchers. Dated the 3rd day of August. CHARLES G. DUKES.

Elias W. Nuttle of Nuttle Lumber & Coal Co. urges Denton home owners to repair and remodel to create jobs. He cites lower construction costs, 13 percent below last year and 25 to 35 percent below five years ago, with material prices down 13 percent in a year and 25 to 35 percent since 1925. He warns spring labor may tighten and that fixing up now is a sound investment, potentially raising a home’s value as conditions improve.
Mr and Mrs J W Stout and family from Philadelphia spent the week end with Mr and Mrs John Davis. Miss Nell Knotts of Hurlock visited her parents the Knotts. Mr and Mrs William Palmatory of Massey called on the Coles. Mr and Mrs Amos Wyatt hosted Rev and Mrs H C Hufnal for dinner. Miss Majorie Pippin visited her cousin Nell Knotts at her parents home. Sunday School begins at 10 00 a m and preaching at 7 30 p m. Daniel Cole is home with a severe cold.
Sophia Vander Meulen administratrix reports that all deceased are warned to exhibit the will on or before August 28 1981. The notice is signed and dated August 3 1981, indicating the administration of the estate.
