WPB relaxes farm dwelling repair and new construction limits
Joseph H. Blandford announces that WPB has dropped all repairs restrictions on farm dwellings and allows new construction up to 1000 dollars without WPB approval. Previously authorization was required for costs over 260 dollars. Rebuilding farm dwellings damaged by fire flood or tornado now needs only AAA approval if costs run from 1000 to 5000 dollars. Where critical materials are required applications or priority ratings should follow.
