Maryland 4-H Winners Earn Club Congress Trips
Lois Keller of Middletown 18 wins a trip to the National 4-H Club Congress for Food Preparation. John Rinehart of Smithsburg and other Maryland youths earn trips and savings bonds for outstanding 4-H achievements in activities ranging from poultry to safety. State winners profiled include Anne Shuppert and Royce Johnson among several co-winners. all recognized under Extension Service USDA cooperation.
