By power of sale in a 1916 mortgage Jacob E Eliwanger and Viola Eliwanger to William F Wall assignes will sell at public auction in front of the Denton Court House door Maryland between 1 and 3 PM two parcels in the Second Election District of Caroline County. Parcel 1 covers described land with perches and lines on a plat. Parcel 2 comprises 40 acres more or less with defined boundary courses.
