Gorilla Report Arouses Seaford Peninsula Residents

A long running rumor claims a gorilla escaped a Seaford circus and attacked people across the peninsula. John Dyer says he saw a strange animal near husking time and again in the afternoon, described as size of a half grown sheep with a dog like wobble. Investigations with a gun and dog found tracks that matched a dog, not a gorilla, and many sightings are regarded as fiction.
