Welfare Groups To Meet In Denton Wednesday
An all day meeting of welfare organizations from Kent Queen Annes Talbot and Caroline counties will be held at the Court House in Denton under the Maryland State Conference of Social Work. Governor Ritchie urged mobilization of community forces to aid distressed families and prevent morale and health decline. Paul Beisser will preside, with speakers Anna Ward and Willie Day. Luncheon serves by Denton Community Club followed by afternoon sessions.
