The administrator of Frank E. Yeoman, deceased, will sell at the late home on the State Road from Denton to Williston at the Double Hills on Monday, September 2, 1929, starting at 10 a.m. The auction lists household furniture and personal effects including beds, dressers, tables, chairs, rugs, living room and dining room sets, chifferette, vanities, linens, glassware, and other items.
By mortgage dated December 9 1925 from Fred Colister and Lavina E Colister to H Earle Smith and assigned to William J Richards the assignee will offer at public auction at the Courthouse door Denton Maryland between 1 and 4 pm the land described as Eighty Eight Acres in the Third Election District Caroline County with improvements and appurtenances. Described starting at a stone on the county road from Anthony's Mill to Thawley's Chapel and running various bearings to the division line with Parcel No 2 and back to the road and place of beginning.
