Suggestions for the Country Minister Conference Program
At the Country Life Conference closing a committee of well known preachers drafted a program urging country ministers to center church work on community uplift. Ministers should collaborate with other churches, survey moral conditions, know their people, fund with accountability, and focus on children workers and tenants. They must lead social recreation, improve rural schools, secure a Saturday holiday for farm laborers, and introduce modern farm home conveniences to ease chores. Christ for every life and all life.
