Wheat market summary from Baltimore Corn and Flour Exchange
The Baltimore Sun reports for the week ended yesterday receipts of 1,360,000 bushels of wheat with 210,000 bushels southern, shipments 1,300,000, and stocks in elevators 971,000. Sales totaled 2,500,000 bushels as speculative demand waned. Southern wheat Fultz closed at 1.13 to 1.14 dollars, long beating 1.15 to 1.17. White and yellow corn prices ranged with White 0.93 to 0.95, yellow around 0.91, rye 0.65 to 0.72.

Drowning on the Ida Steamer Near Cambridge
Cambridge dispatch reports J. P. Fierce of Greensborough Caroline county drowned from the steamer Ida during a trip to the Choptank Tuesday night. He shared a state room with Mr. N. Norsey. most of his clothing and a satchel remained. He was missed at early morning hours, with the inference that he fell overboard accidentally and was drowned before detection.

Concord camp meeting closes after week's worship in woods
A Concord camp meeting ended yesterday after a week of worship in rain soaked tents. An estimated four to five thousand attended Sunday with Rev. A D Davis and colleagues leading revivals yielding about seventy five conversions and fifty to sixty professing religion on the final night. Authorities restricted promenade within the tent circle, affecting social enjoyment but preserving orderly worship.
