Divorce Decree Sought in Jefferson Court

In Jefferson Missouri on September 4 1920 the court issued a publication order in a divorce suit. The defendant Amos Daly has not appeared and must answer by the next term otherwise the petition will be confessed. The notice appears in the Democrat Tribune for four weeks.

Notice of Trustee Sale in Cole County Missouri 1920

Public notice that H M Washburn as trustee will sell the property described in a 1917 deed of trust to secure an installment note. The sale occurs October 2, 1920 at Jefferson City courthouse front door between 9 am and 5 pm for cash to satisfy the note, interest, and costs. The action follows default on the third installment. Alexander previously served as trustee but declined to act.
