Youngest Father On Record In Denver

United Press reports Denver found the youngest father on record Otto E Jehovah three years old. Birth records showed the father’s age as three and investigations found he had three other children. He is a member of the Jehovites, a religious cult. He says he did not begin to live until age three after joining the sect. The baby’s father is Otto Jehovah Jr. The senior Otto refused to reveal his age when joining.

He recounts wardrobe plans a speech at Grace Baptist church and a tour of Davista beach Pass-A-Grille and Boca Ciega Bay before promising a water route to New Orleans for Spasm No 3.

Senators Read Bill To criminalize trespass on railways tracks

The Senate spent three hours engrossing a Livesay bill making trespass on railroad tracks a misdemeanor for nonparticipants. Ten amendments were offered, one adopted. it preserves railroads liability under existing statutes. Other amendments limited city boundaries or allowed hunting on tracks. The measure aims to curb tramps on boxcars. The Senate cut Lincoln Institute funding for a negro state university from 750000 to 500000. House bill started at 1000000. Both faces a long path to approval as fiscal concerns loom.
