In Panhandle Texas A A Patterson warns that cattle numbers are lower than three years ago as grazing land outpaces livestock. He notes high prices but insufficient cattle to feed demand, with western markets and Colorado Dakota Wyoming buyers seeking stock while Oklahoma faces possible fall shipments.
Secretary Morriz of the Oklahoma Live Stock Sanction Mission reports there are twice as many cattle in Oklahoma today as in earlier range days and notes a substantial value increase, signaling a strong cattle market.
