Coremer Bimyoon of Hinsdale County Colorado was shot and killed by his child Ris Beaghten in a fatal domestic incident. Investigators are reviewing the case and no charges announced at this time.
In Creed Colorado a coroner Dr A N Simpson was shot by his 15 year old daughter after she testified she was driven to kill by years of cruel treatment and threats. The coroner's jury ruled the act self defense and the girl blameless. Dr Simpson and his wife had been estranged for years with the wife living in Lordabarg New Mexico.
In Edenville area Charles Goldsmith, wealthy farmer, reports a burglary as a burglar pried open a dining room window and stole several hundred dollars in silver from a buffet while he and Miss Goldsmith spoke in the parlor. A note left on the parlor door said the thief valued a few items but did not wish to part two loving hearts.
A Washington dispatch reports that several trust magnates recently visited the capital to influence upcoming references in a Congress message.
