Deming High Wildcats Lose 13–0 to Silver City Mustangs
The Deming High School Wildcats battled Silver City Teachers College Mustangs Monday afternoon but could not advance the ball to the Silver goal. The final whistle read 13 to 0 in Silver City's favor. A large crowd attended the High School auditorium feature Tuesday night where Wm D Saltter spoke on Michael Brown Politician. Earnest Douglas broke his wrist playing football yesterday. The second issue of the High School Tatler will be out Friday Nov 16. Good Education Week is planned next week in Deming schools with teachers presenting assigned topics and visitors welcome.

Border Epworth Union Formed In Lordsburg
Early last Saturday thirty members of the Deming Epworth League with Pastor Rev. J T Redman organized the Border Epworth League Union at Lordsburg. The union includes Leagues of Santa Rita Fort Bayard Lordsburg and Deming. The day was interesting and well attended and the group returned home safely. The union will meet in Deming in February.
