Mrs Gary Peugh Dies in El Paso Influenza Cause
Word arrived of the death of Mrs. Gary Peugh at her El Paso home on Thursday of last week from influenza. Besides her husband she is survived by four sons, Eugene born in Deming, with many relatives grieving the loss. Mr Peugh will have his wife buried in Indiana, her former home.

Frame House Destroyed By Fire At Spruce And Tin
A frame house at Spruce Street and Tin Avenue owned by P A Burdick and occupied by M I Scott was destroyed by fire Monday night. A high wind aided the blaze and the fire department's prompt work prevented greater loss. The house was partially insured. furniture owned by Mr Scott was a total loss with no insurance.
