Luna county's newly elected officials were sworn in on Wednesday at the courthouse by retiring county clerk Charles R. Mughes. Incoming commissioners Frank L. Nordhaus R. A. Lewie and B. J. Chadborn took the oath, while James W. Phillips helped in transferring pending affairs. Nordhaus was named chairman. J. A. Hughes became county clerk. d. I. Hunter was sworn in as county assessor. Aha G. Stalth became superintendent of schools for a second term. Bert Grove as probate judge. Clarence B. Morgan as county surveyor. Edgar Yepp elected county treasurer was ill. Sheriff W. C.
