The Maine Giantess Silva Hardy of Wilton
The Maine Giantess Silva Hardy, seven feet six inches tall and about thirty, is engaged to travel with Mr. Covert’s concert troupe. A former nurse, she weighs 330 pounds, has blue eyes and fair complexion, and was born a twin whose brother died. An amusing farm kitchen incident is recalled, where her hair snagged on a ceiling hook while carrying two pans of milk.
