Maxwell Killed When Car Hits Bridge, Frankfort>
Oscar Maxwell 50 formerly of Radnor and Shafer Wholesale Groc Company salesman was killed instantly when his car crashed into a bridge and was hurled into Sugar Creek six and a half miles north of Delphi early Monday. Police suspect a passing motorist swiped Maxwell’s car causing the crash. The coroner ruled death from a fractured skull though there was no drowning. Maxwell left Frankfort about 6 15 a.m. and the accident occurred near 7 a.m. He leaves a widow Jesse Rohrabaugh a son Medford five brothers and one sister. Funeral services were held at the First M E church in Frankfort with burial in Bunnell cemetery.

Roy Johnson aged 45 of near Delphi died Saturday night at Cass County hospital after a ten day pneumonia illness. Transient Frank Eggerman Found Dead in Carrollton Farm
The body of a transient who died of a heart attack on November 3 at the Grover Sink farm in Carrollton township was identified as Frank William Eggerman of Hesperia Michigan. Eggerman had escaped from the Michigan State Institution for Insane and used the alias William Sieger during travel. His sister and brother were located after a two week search including two radio broadcasts. He was married with three children.

Mrs Willard Weese Third Victim in Family
Last week Willard Weese Jr of near Delphi was gored by a cow and taken for treatment. The father sustained a fractured wrist after starting the car. This week Mrs Willard Weese underwent a major operation at Robert Long hospital Indianapolis but was too ill for the procedure and was brought home to recuperate.
