Corn Show to Be Held December 11 and 12

The Delphi Chamber of Commerce and the county Corn Growers Association will sponsor a two day corn show in Delphi with judging starting December 11 and prizes for yellow dent corn wheat oats and soy beans. Roy Snowberger presides over the association with Stewart Guthrie as vice president and John Harvey Todd as secretary treasurer.

Delphi employers began returning forms for the Federal Social Security program to the local post office Monday afternoon. Postmen delivered forms to businesses Monday morning. Flora widow dies after four year illness

Mrs. Mabel Wason Eikenberry aged 63 of Flora died Friday night at home after four years of failing health. Funeral service was held Monday at Leiters Funeral Home with Rev. Van Hinkley officiating. Interment followed at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Flora.
