Lewis A. Calvert five miles south of the city died at his home after a long illness. Born in 1843 he married Mary Rohrabaugh on October 1 1865 and farmed until ill health forced retirement. Survived by two children Blanche and Byron, two grandsons Glenn and Paul, and great granddaughter Roberta Jean. Funeral Wednesday at home with Rev. O P Manker of Delphi officiating. Burial in Masonic Cemetery with Mrs. Baum and Mrs. Frazier singing.
