Donald L. Mann, 24, of Rensselaer, was returned to Carroll County jail from Indianapolis Tuesday by Deputy Sheriff Miller. Mann is wanted in Carroll County for passing an insufficient funds check at the A and S Standard Service station in South Delphi in September. He was apprehended at Stout Field in Indianapolis.
