The Carroll County Commissioners filed suit in Carroll circuit court against Norman Lee Skiles of Tippecanoe County seeking 25000 dollars for destroying the Sugar Creek Bridge on Dayton road south of Delphi on the night of May 13 1957. The complaint alleges negligent driving caused the crash and that the bridge has since been replaced.
