Local youth escapes serious injuries in Delphi road wreck
Leo Rider 19, son of Mr and Mrs Floyd Rider of Delphi route 3, narrowly escaped injury when his car overturned after side swiping Jack C Vaughan of Indianapolis on State Road 39 four and a half miles northwest of Delphi. Rider suffered a minor ear and forehead cut. State Patrolman Clement Ducknall and Sheriff Sanford Allen investigated. vehicle damages were about 300 for Riders car and 30 for Vaughan’s.
