Albert Denk to Open Shoe Store in Delphi
Albert Denk of Frankfort will open a new shoe store in Delphi around April 2 in the room formerly occupied by the A. H. Brewer Shoe Store. Denk has run a Richardson shoe shop in Frankfort for two years and previously operated a Waveland store for 12 years. A private sale of the Brewer stock was held this afternoon with Denk expected to bid high. if he buys the stock, a public sale will follow early in April.

Three Suspects Arrested in Logan for Robbery Ring
Three suspects, two men and a young woman, are held at the county jail on suspicion of forming a store-robbery ring in the territory. John Sabello, Joseph Hazzian, 25, and Dorothy Kello, 20, were arrested in Logansport after Sheriff Anderson arranged a broadcast. They were spotted by John McDowell at Julids clothing store as they asked for a double breasted suit. The car contained one suit and no other local store clothing. Police are treating the trio as suspects while investigating.
