Painter and bank examiner escape injuries in early morning wreck
State Patrolman Elmer Holtman said two cars collided three miles west of Delphi on State Highway 25 after skidding on ice. Driver Malcomb Vernon, aLogansport painter, and A J O Donnell of Indianapolis bank examiner, escaped serious injury though Vernon suffered a badly bruised hip. Damages were listed at 400 dollars.

REMC Annual Meeting Draws Large Crowd at Delphi Armory
One of the largest crowds in REMC history attended the Delphi Armory gathering. Coy Shanks presided as Ed Thomson reported 92 miles of line built and over 300 membership applications. Re-elected directors include Elmer Reiff Clarence Cleaver Martin Justice and David Wise with Lloyd Campbell added. National 4 H Club Week March 1 7 will unite 1 700 000 youths in 74 000 clubs.
