Rites Today for Mrs Greenwalt Delphi Woman Dies at 79
Mrs Barbara Greenwalt 79 of Delphi died at her home after several months illness. Widow of Civil War veteran Levi Greenwalt she was born in Jefferson township and came to Delphi twenty years ago. She belonged to Hickory Grove church and aided in church affairs. She leaves a step daughter Mrs H Crowell, three sisters Mrs Biiney Mrs Schock and Mrs Million, two brothers Silas and S S Scott. Funeral at 2 30 this afternoon at Hickory Grove church with Rev Thomas of Logansport officiating. Interment in Hickory Grove Cemetery.

Fire destroys Maggart home near Delphi for second time
Flames originating in the garage gutted the home of County Agent Ralph Maggart three miles east of Delphi Tuesday evening between 7:30 and 9. The loss was about 4000 dollars with insurer partial coverage. Furniture was moved from the lower floor and much was saved. The house belonged to Dr. and Mrs. C. M. Kennedy of Camden. The Maggarts now stay with H. B. Wilson at 203 E. Monroe St. Fire cause undetermined, possible spontaneous combustion in the garage.

Mrs. Sarah Collins of Burlington Dies After Heart Attack
Mrs. Sarah Ellen Collins 61 died suddenly of a heart attack Monday at her Burlington home while talking to her grandson. She had broken a leg last February and used a wheelchair in recent weeks. A Burlington Brethren church member, she leaves four children Ruth Watts Hamilton Ohio Audra Pearson Logansport and Donald and James Kokomo, one sister Alice Williams Burlington and 12 grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 4 PM Wednesday at the home with Rev. W D Archibald in charge. Interment followed in Burlington Cemetery.

Six Day Heat Wave Breaks County Records
