Ned P Rule of Delphi High School is among 185 students from 83 schools at Indiana University's Yearbook Division of the 10th annual High School Journalism Institute on the Bloomington campus July 8 through July 21. The Newspaper Division runs July 22 through August 4 under Prof Gretchen A Kemp. The institute teaches yearbook and newspaper production and includes a Brown County Playhouse show and a School of Music performance.

Indianapolis Man Returned to Face Larceny Count
Robert W. Moore of Indianapolis, with a long arrest record, was sent back to Carroll County jail after being arrested in Indianapolis on a grand larceny charge. He allegedly stole several outboard motors from Lake Freeman residents and sold them in the city. The case moves from JP Stones to the circuit docket.
