Ross Largen of Bringhurst is detained in Carroll county jail on a public intoxication charge after an arrest Sunday in Bringhurst by Sheriff Harry Cree and Deputy Robert B. Moore. Wilbur Smith, a U S Navy petty officer, arrived Tuesday in Delphi from Brooklyn on a seventeen day leave to visit his mother Mrs. Clara Smith. The address for Pfc. John J.
