The Carroll circuit court heard a case on removing Kenneth Meyers and his family from Jefferson township Carroll county to Fairview township Lafayette from Tippecanoe county. The Jefferson trustee argues the family should be returned before becoming public charges. Judge E E Pruitt adjourned to allow briefs before ruling.
