Charles E. Milroy a Chicago attorney and former Delphi resident died by suicide at his Chicago home. A friend found him in a closet with a rope around his neck. The death followed his wife’s sudden passing two months earlier and his son Donald’s World War II related injuries. Milroy’s body was brought to his Delphi area home for funeral services conducted by Rev. Dale LePlant, with burial at Morning Heights Cemetery.
