Phillip Renson, 54, of Philadelphia, held without bail on charges after a motel attack at the Cherry Hill Inn. He allegedly stabbed Virginia Judd and wounded Vincent Conahan during a Monday incident, then resisted officers who entered the lobby and arrested him.
A four alarm blaze at the Devon-Strafford Apartments in Devon Pa forced evacuations in a driving rain. General Motors recalls more than 155000 intermediate size cars built before October 9 to fix a steering linkage over travel when the right front wheel hits a curb. A bracket will be installed at GM cost to prevent toe-in and potential loss of steering, with no injuries reported.
