Candidates win after write in votes counted as full names
Delaware County Judge Howard Reed Jr rules misspelled or partial write in votes for Tyrrell and Halligan must count, placing both on the Noember ballot. Board previously invalidated many write ins, but the ruling allows 18 Tyrrell votes and 16 Halligan votes, asserting every voter's ballot should count. Only surname only write ins remain uncandidated.
