Ten Policemen Wounded by Snipers in Kokomo

Hijacker Holds Gun On Pilot for 2 Hours
A hijacker, a slim man in his mid-20s from Santa Monica, Calif., boarded a United Airlines DC8 after takeoff from Los Angeles and held a pistol to pilot DeFreitas's neck for nearly two hours.
