Budget meeting cancelled in Chester district
The final of five budget discussions for the 1982 83 Chester Upland School District was cancelled tonight at Stetser School due to a retirement dinner for retiring Superintendent John Vaul and three other administrators. Only one resident attended last night’s Columbus School meeting. Final budget adoption remains set for Monday at the administration building.
